The no-profit Banca SISTEMA ARTE project was born out of Banca Sistema's desire to support and promote emerging artistic and cultural talent by offering young Italian artists an opportunity to gain visibility by helping them to enter the art market.
The project came into being in autumn 2011, a few months after the creation of the bank, of which it has now become an integral part.
The main project involves the organisation of periodic exhibitions, in which the works are displayed at the Bank's branches, promoting the creative talents of each artist. A bilingual catalogue is also produced (published by Vanillaedizioni).
The exhibition space covers the 140 m2 dedicated to the project at the Milan branch in Corso Monforte, and also the meeting rooms, corridors and common areas used by staff, guests and visitors, making the Bank an art gallery that people can visit on a daily basis.

Banca Sistema partners CeDRAC in celebrating the young creative talents of Italy.
CeDRAC, the Documentation and Research Centre for Contemporary Arts, is a meeting place and association for art enthusiasts. The space is devoted to those who promote art and contemporary culture, and is open to debate and discussion on related topics. It is a prime observatory for young upcoming artists from all over Italy, and is also a thriving research and experimentation facility.
CeDRAC was launched by the Arteam Cultural Association of Albissola Marina (Savona) and by the magazine Espoarte.
